My review of American Gangster

It was very good and easy to follow. I LOVED Denzel Washington and his character, he was very complex and sensible and it pictured him as a good person but not TOO good. Russell Crowe was really good, but I thought his little side plot with his kid was unnecessary and pointless. We didn’t need to know Russell Crowe’s struggles to know his character was honest and a cop.
